Full Description
Place of work: Horšovský Týn
Your Contribution In this role, you will act as a key quality interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, driving claim resolution, PPAP approvals, and quality excellence.
Lead customer and supplier claim management activities, including warranty and field claims, ensuring timely containment actions, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable corrective measures. Manage and coordinate PPAP/PSW approval processes with customers and suppliers, acting as the key contact for release activities and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements. Drive structured problem-solving using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate incoming material quality activities, including inspections, material releases, product identification, and sorting actions to ensure conformity of supplied parts. Collaborate with internal production plants, logistics providers, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and reduce quality-related costs, including scrap, return deliveries, and claim costs, while supporting achievement of quality and operational targets.
Your Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Proven experience in an automotive quality role with strong exposure to customer and supplier quality management. Hands-on experience with PPAP, PSW, customer release processes, and claim management. Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools, including 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, and Ishikawa. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
