Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead

Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution of quality issues.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies. Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across application lifecycles. Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor test execution and defect resolution. Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration. Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to complex quality challenges.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
