Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead

Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects to uphold product quality and reliability.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity in quality-related matters.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Voice Platform. Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies. Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and outcomes. Familiarity with defect management and resolution processes. Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ecosystem integration.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Voice Platform. This position is based at CDC2E - SEZ. A 15 years full time education is required.
