Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist to lead and manage a distributed offshore performance testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for (End to End ) strategizing, planning, designing, and executing comprehensive performance and load testing initiatives across the workstreams. This role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and meeting defined performance SLAs. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a distributed offshore performance testing team to ensure effective execution of test plans and delivery of high-quality results. Define and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business and technical requirements. Develop, maintain, and execute performance and load testing scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter). Set performance benchmarks, analyze test results, and identify potential performance bottlenecks and system limitations. Work closely with development, functional, and business stakeholders to drive resolution of performance-related issues. Continuously optimize performance test processes and tools for efficiency and scalability. Produce detailed performance test reports, providing clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Ensure all testing activities align with organizational quality standards and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in leading offshore or distributed QA/performance testing teams.
Must have Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner(Truclient and Web HTTP & HTML) and other protocols.

Solid knowledge of performance testing types (load, stress, endurance, spike) and best practices.
