Top 3 Responsibilities

Operate and maintain high-power low-voltage (LV) converter test benches (calibration, troubleshooting, safety, inventory).

Develop and execute test plans for grid-connected converters: instrumentation placement, data acquisition, systematic test execution, and result reporting.

Support certification/compliance: coordinate with regulatory bodies, prepare submission documentation, support audits/conformity assessments.

Your Role And Responsibilities
Responsible for the validation and verification of high-power low-voltage grid-connected converters for renewable energy applications, he/she will be the primary owner of test bench operations, maintenance activities, the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and tests, both for internal verification and for certification processes. Test bench operation & maintenance Operate test benches for high-power low-voltage converter testing. Ensure testing instrumentation is properly calibrated and functioning within specifications. Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting on test infrastructure. Manage test bench inventory, tools, and safety protocols. Test plan development & execution Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with specifications and standards for high-power low-voltage converters. Responsible for testing instrumentation placing and data acquisition, including oscilloscopes, voltage/current/temperature probes, dataloggers, wattmeters and similar devices. Execute test procedures systematically and accurately. Document all test results and technical findings. Generate comprehensive test reports and technical summaries. Certification & compliance Coordinate certification activities with regulatory bodies. Liaise with certification authorities. Prepare technical documentation for certification submissions. Support third-party audits and conformity assessments. Support internal and external customers on technical challenges. Work as a friendly and proactive member in R&D organization.
Qualifications For The Role
Master degree from Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics Engineering or related area, have agile development environment working experience is a plus. A few years’ relevant experience. Espicaly experience of validation and verification of high-power low-voltage grid-connected converters Familiar with electrical design, especially with power electronics related electrical system. Familiar with actual testing, including test specification, testing, testing report, etc. Knowledge on testing and certification related work in LV drive products, related actual experience with high-current low-voltage grid-connected converters is a plus. Knowledge on reliability design related work in LV drive products, actual experience is a plus.
Langudge: Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Native speaking in Chinese, fluent in English; familiare with Spanish is a big plus. Excellent cooperation, organizational, and analytical skills, work well as part of a team. Positive attitude and a team player.
