HIL Developer – ADAS Test & Validation Infrastructure

Positions: 6 Level B, 8+Yrs Level A2; 4+Yrs Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HIL Developer to support the development, maintenance, and evolution of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for advanced automotive systems. This is a development-focused role responsible for building and enhancing HIL infrastructure, enabling efficient validation of next-generation ADAS and vehicle platform functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong HIL development experience, solid engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance HIL rigs and supporting infrastructure. Design and implement solutions to improve HIL platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Support integration and validation of new vehicle features, sensors, and ADAS functions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HIL hardware, software, and communication interfaces. Collaborate closely with test automation, system engineering, and development teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HIL development processes and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in HIL development and maintenance. Strong understanding of HIL architectures, simulation environments, and automotive validation workflows. Experience with HIL infrastructure development and integration. Strong software development and debugging skills. Automotive industry experience, preferably within ADAS, autonomous driving, or vehicle electronics. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
