πŸš€ We’re Hiring: Test Manager / Test Lead – Lisbon πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Ή

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to join an international project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for a senior testing professional with strong experience in test strategy, test management, team coordination and project governance, ideally within banking or insurance environments.

πŸ” Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of test projects or a Tribe Define and oversee test strategies, plans, budgets and timelines Manage test activities from initial scoping through project closure Coordinate test teams, resources and workload Identify and manage testing risks, dependencies and action plans Organize workshops and ensure the delivery of test documentation Monitor project progress, budget, quality and deadlines Coordinate test execution and support Go/No-Go decisions Manage defects, test results and project reporting Lead test governance meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders Ensure project closure activities, including test reports and lessons learned Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies Provide methodological and functional support to testing teams

πŸ’» Requirements Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field Strong experience in Test Management / Test Lead roles Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and ISTQB principles Experience managing test projects, teams, resources and budgets Strong understanding of test planning, execution, reporting and closure Experience with project governance, risk management and stakeholder communication Experience in Life Insurance or Banking applications is highly desirable Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
