🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Test Analyst / Test Coordinator – Lisbon 🇵🇹

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst / Test Coordinator to join an international project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in software testing, test coordination and Agile environments, who enjoys working closely with project stakeholders and ensuring high-quality delivery.

🔍 Key Responsibilities Contribute to the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan Design, organize and execute test activities Coordinate and follow up with test analysts Prioritize test activities and manage test deliverables Monitor test progress, risks, delays and quality issues Identify, document and follow up on defects and anomalies Prepare test reports and support Go/No-Go decisions Communicate test progress and results to project stakeholders Participate in project and test governance meetings Work closely with teams to ensure successful defect resolution and validation

💻 Requirements 5+ years of experience in software testing Experience building test strategies and test schedules Experience coordinating or managing testers Strong experience working in Agile environments Knowledge of Octane, JIRA and Confluence Knowledge of APIs and SQL Strong risk identification and follow-up skills Excellent coordination, communication and analytical skills Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Strong attention to quality and detail Ability to manage pressure, conflicts and changing priorities
