Design and execute QA test plans/cases for healthcare integrations using HL7/FHIR and XML/JSON validation.

Perform API testing and validate request/response compliance with healthcare standards.

Support troubleshooting and verification using SQL/database checks, and maintain test documentation in Jira.
**Must-have skills: **

5+ years QA/testing experience (healthcare or health IT integration preferred)

Hands-on HL7 v2.x and FHIR

Proficiency in XML/JSON validation and API testing (Postman/SoapUI)

Intermediate SQL knowledge

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably in healthcare or health IT integration environments. Hands-on experience with HL7 (v2.x), FHIR, XML/JSON validation, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI). Intermediate level knowledge of SQL or equivalent database. Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability concepts. Familiarity with Jira, or other test/project management tools. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
