Job description
- We are looking for a Validation & Automation Engineer to join our V&V team and take a key role in validating multidisciplinary products that combine software, hardware, communications, and embedded systems.
- This position blends the development of automated tests with the planning and execution of manual system tests, leveraging AI tools. It offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative products featuring cutting-edge hardware and software technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and maintain automation infrastructures and testing tools in Python.
- Plan and author comprehensive test plans and test scenarios.
- Execute manual and automated system-level tests for multidisciplinary (HW/SW) products, utilizing AI tools.
- Analyze test results, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely on a daily basis with Software, Embedded, Hardware, and System Engineering teams.
- Document test results, report bugs, and track them through to resolution and closure.
Requirements Hands-on experience in developing automated tests. Proven experience programming in Python. Experience in planning, writing, and executing system-level tests. Familiarity with QA, Verification, and Validation methodologies. Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a deep system-level understanding. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
