About the Role

  • We're looking for a well-rounded ServiceNow QA Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. While the immediate focus will be on delivering high-quality manual testing across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, we're seeking someone who can also design, build, and maintain automation test suites as our automation capability continues to expand.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to join an established ServiceNow delivery team, working on enterprise-scale transformation projects where quality engineering is a critical part of successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end manual testing across ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using ServiceNow ATF or other automation frameworks.
  • Create test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test data.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Support release validation and production deployments.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA standards, automation frameworks, and testing processes.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years' software testing experience, including both Manual and Automation Testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform functionality.
  • Experience developing automation scripts using ServiceNow ATF or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, regression testing, defect management, and Agile delivery.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) and test management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or related products.
  • SQL knowledge for test data validation.
  • ISTQB Certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
