🔵Project Description

• We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the validation efforts in one of our exciting automotive project we are developing with one of our Tier-1 supplier customer. Tier-1 supplier develops the front camera alongside radar and ultrasonics sensors. They are looking for 1 Technical Project Managers to lead the validation effort done in Prague.
• PM shall be responsible over 6-7 Technical Lead engineers that lead 6-7 Validation teams.

🔵Responsibilities

Mission

• ● Leads and coordinates system testing activities (System Test (Verification & Validation), System Integration Test).
• ● Responsible for the System Integration, Verifi cation, and Validation test strategy to ensure optimal coverage and testing of system-level features.
• ● Responsible for scheduling testing activities for System Test levels.
• ● Ensures the maturity of deliverables in relation to project milestones and the effi ciency of the System Validation Sub-Project.
• ● Assumes ownership of the System Validation Sub-Project goals and drives efforts to achieve expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT).
• ● Manages System Validation sub-project risks through the System Level Issue Resolution (SLIR) process, coordinated by the System Project Manager (PM).
• ● Reports directly to the System Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• ● Drives and delivers the overall System Integration, Verifi cation, and Validation Strategy, Plan, and Cost Estimations for the Project, ensuring approval by the System PM and System Technical Project Manager (TPM).
• ● Manages the System Validation sub-project teams and activities to execute the aforementioned strategy and deliver relevant Verifi cation & Validation (V&V) reports punctually for each System Delivery. These activities encompass System Integration Testing, System Verification and Validation, associated System Validation Services, and System Validation Test Tool environment development, considering test execution in Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Vehicle environments as per the approved project test strategy.
• ● Manages the System Test Leads.
• ● Manages the System Integration Test Lead.
• ● Coordinates the Project Test Tool development team for the acquisition, development, and delivery of validated test environment solutions that are suffi cient for the application of the approved test strategy and test plan for related test levels, ensuring Functional Safety compliance.
• ● Manages the System Validation services coordinator.
• ● Manages the System Validation project budget and approves purchases for the system validation team.
• ● Monitors and controls the progress of System Validation activities according to the overall system validation schedule, ensuring all System Validation activities are completed according to customer-expected timelines and proactively highlighting any potential delays.
• ● Responsible for the overall system validation schedule, aligned with the Project schedule and Customer's milestones.
• ● Delivers and maintains the System Validation Project Report (SVPR) document and System Baseline Audit Document.
• ● Delivers expected deliverables on time for Customer's Project milestones within the area of responsibility.

🔵Mandatory Skills Description

• 3+ years of Management experience in automotive projects
• 6+ years in Automotive related projects
• Strong knowledge in System Validation and Vehicle validation related activities
• Test management experience ( planning of test campaigns, effort estimation, test bench build up)
• 3+ experience in test management , with a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies, HW/SW , benches build up, HIL/SIL/VIL setup and way of working
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Solid understanding of the validation lifecycle activities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Good time management
• Experience working in an agile environment and good understanding of agile mindset

🔵Nice-to-Have Skills Description

• Past experience in System Validation projects
• good experience over AD related features
