    • Design and deliver secure, reusable CI/CD components for provenance/governance across SDLC and compliance

    • Ensure security and supply-chain integrity aligned with standards (NIST, SLSA), plus measure impact via data-driven feedback loops

  • Must-have skills:

    • Proven technical team lead or senior engineer experience in DevOps/automation/software development

    • Full-stack capability with Java/JVM + TypeScript (5+ years)

    • Deep DevOps/CI-CD experience including SLI/SLOs, error budgets

    • Automation experience with GitHub Actions and scripting tools (e.g., Ansible)

    • Cloud expertise with K8s and/or GCP

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience with SLSA/security frameworks, SBOM/provenance practices

    • Strong communication/influencing; coaching/mentoring experience

Project description You will be joining the TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group as a Technical Team Lead. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our secure pipelines and control automation stack (Java/TypeScript/GitHub Actions/Cloud). You will lead a high-performing team of engineers, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering frictionless, secure, and scalable software delivery solutions used across the entire organization. You will champion best practices in DevOps, automation, and compliance, ensuring our technology stack remains at the forefront of industry standards. Responsibilities Building secure and reusable CICD components to provide provenance and governance around our SDLC practice ensuing high quality compliance Integrate with existing developer tooling to gather information and automate Ensuring the highest standards in security and supply chain integrity in-line with NIST, SLSA and other standards Direct customer engagement to gather requirements and understand the disparate ways teams build software today Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) to facilitate adoption Continuously measure the success of our solutions via a data driven approach, feedback and continuous improvement

Skills Must have Proven experience as a technical team lead or senior engineer in DevOps, automation, and software development Experienced full stack developer (Java/JVM/TypeScript), likely 5+ years in industry Extensive DevOps experience including CICD, SLI/SLOs, error budgets et al Extensive automation experience including GitHub Actions, TFE, scripting such as Ansible or similar Experience of varied orchestration technologies such as TeamCity, Jenkins and Cloud ready tools like ArgoCD and Tekton a plus Cloud (K8s and/or GCP) expertise Nice to have Understanding of security concerns and frameworks such as SLSA and ensuring provenance of the SBOM a plus Proven communication and influencing skills, experience coaching and mentoring a plus
