Currently looking for a QA Manual Engineer to join our team!

Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Engineer to join our banking technology team.

Responsibilities Perform end-to-end manual testing for iOS and Android mobile applications. Create and execute test cases, identify defects, and support defect resolution. Plan and coordinate test cycles, focusing on onboarding and client interaction features. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure quality requirements are met. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements. Validate application compatibility across devices, screen sizes, and operating systems.

Requirements Proven experience in manual testing of mobile applications (iOS and Android). Strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies and QA best practices. Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have ISTQB or Mobile Testing certification. Experience in customer-facing digital products.

What do we offer? 1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform 25 vacation days/year. Life Insurance cover. The employees working on bank holidays will benefit either a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.
