We are looking for a Senior Python QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation, data validation, and Banking/Capital Markets projects Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, and Development teams to understand business requirements and testing objectives. Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth test execution and delivery. Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and technical requirements. Perform SQL-based data validation, analysis, and data integrity checks. Execute functional, integration, regression, and data-driven testing activities. Troubleshoot and triage defects, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and drive timely resolution. Build and enhance automation tools and utilities to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Support CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Required Skills 5 to 9 years of experience in QA Automation and Data-Driven Testing. Strong hands-on experience in Python and PyTest. Mandatory experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking domains. Good understanding of Trade Surveillance or related regulatory/compliance platforms. Strong experience in SQL for data validation and testing. Expertise in web application testing and automation frameworks. Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
