Job Description

We are seeking multiple UAT Test Engineers (Intermediate & Senior) with strong experience in IVR testing and digital banking systems.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for validating customer journeys across multiple banking channels including IVR, Live Chat, Web, and Mobile applications ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You will collaborate closely with business users, QA automation teams, and stakeholders to perform end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system functionality, performance, and compliance.
