Key Responsibilities Execute System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT) across Salesforce applications and integrated systems. Validate end-to-end business processes involving Salesforce Field Service, MuleSoft, SAP PO, SAP CRM, enterprise APIs, and related platforms. Perform API and integration testing to verify data flows, interfaces, and business transactions. Support regression testing, defect verification, release readiness, and quality assurance activities. Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts. Record test evidence and manage defects using Azure DevOps or similar test management tools. Conduct accessibility, compatibility, and cross-browser testing. Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives. Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, and quality status. Contribute to test automation initiatives where appropriate, including Playwright-based automation and CI/CD integration.
