About The Role

The Associate Network Automation Engineer plays a vital role within our Infrastructure Operations team, supporting the automation, integration, and ongoing optimization of our network infrastructure. This position is responsible for leveraging scripting languages and APIs to streamline network management processes, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of network environments. As part of a global team, you will collaborate across departments and participate in on-call support to uphold operational excellence. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Network Engineering and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge network solutions that support our company's mission to save lives through innovative technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience writing Python scripts for automation and tooling Familiarity with Git or other version control systems Hands-on experience working in Linux environments Knowledge of network infrastructure and management Understanding of API frameworks and REST-based integrations Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus Familiarity with configuration management or automation tools like Ansible is advantageous Knowledge of core infrastructure technologies including DNS and virtualization Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
