The ideal candidate will be a Handson Automation Manager and is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Strategy and Leadership: Define the overall QA automation strategy, vision, and goals, and lead and manage the QA automation team.

Framework and Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for system, regression, and performance testing.

Process Improvement: Optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automation tools and workflows into the development lifecycle.

Reporting and Metrics: Collect, analyze, and report on key automation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Team Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and the professional development of QA team members.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by overseeing end-to-end QA and automation projects.
