Full Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web test automation, CI/CD integration, and a solid understanding of modern testing practices. Experience in API and mobile automation testing will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework. Implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks. Perform web application automation using Selenium WebDriver. Develop reusable test components following best practices (e.g., Page Object Model). Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities. Maintain and enhance test documentation and automation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong programming experience in Python. Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework for functional and regression automation. Solid experience in web automation using Selenium WebDriver. Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills API automation testing using Java. Experience testing REST and gRPC services. Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman and RestAssured. Mobile application test automation using Python/Robot Framework. Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium. Exposure to Android and iOS test environments.
