    • Salesforce Administrator and/or Experience Cloud Consultant certification + Salesforce testing depth.

    • Automation developed from scratch using Copado CRT.

    • Strong hands-on automation with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, REST APIs; ability to run regression suites across UI/backend/Salesforce components/integrations.

    • QA fundamentals: test management, functional & non-functional testing, knowledge of Salesforce best practices.

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Specific Salesforce product/testing focus: Service Cloud / Sales Cloud experience.

Full Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Automation Tester to support a federal healthcare program supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This position is remote and is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a mission-critical healthcare technology initiative focused on payment integrity, data validation, and Salesforce modernization within a large federal program!

Responsibilities for the Salesforce Automation Tester include

Develop and maintain Salesforce test automation frameworks and test suites. Build and execute automated UI, API, integration, and regression tests. Collaborate with Scrum teams to validate user stories and acceptance criteria. Create test plans, test cases, test reports, and testing documentation. Troubleshoot testing defects and support continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications for the Salesforce Automation Tester include

Bachelor's degree and Salesforce Administrator and/or Experience Cloud Consultant certification. 8+ years of IT testing experience with hands-on Salesforce application testing. Experience developing automation scripts from scratch using Copado Robotics Testing (CRT). Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, REST APIs, and JIRA. Experience executing Test Plans, Regression Test Suites including UI, back end, Salesforce components & Integrations using Web and API automation. Expertise in QA Test management, Functional and Non-Functional testing, and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Compensation for the Salesforce Automation Tester includes

Salary Range: $120,000
