Position Overview
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AML Quality Assurance Specialist with a passion for the virtual currency industry. The ideal candidate will have rich operational experience, a knack for identifying weaknesses in daily operations, and the ability to propose innovative optimizations to current standard operating procedures (SOPs). As a Quality Assurance Specialist in our AML and AFC team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Operational Weak Points:
- Utilize your operational expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments of daily operational workflows and processes.
- Identify and document weaknesses, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency within operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified weak points and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
- Optimize SOPs:
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and analytical skills to propose optimizations in current standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, or process improvement roles, preferably within the virtual currency or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational weaknesses, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile is desirable.
