The Opportunity

Lorygen Group is adding a Quality Assurance Specialist to work across digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery. The Quality Assurance Specialist will check work against documented quality standards, identify defects, and support corrective action. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Review assigned work, records, or outputs connected to digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final handoff in the Quality Assurance Specialist role at Lorygen Group.
