Full Description

As a QA Test Lead, you will leverage your expertise to define the test strategy and coordinate all testing related to end-to-end processes. You will be able to demonstrate how you have industrialized a test strategy to automate testing to gain in efficency and quality.

Define test strategies (functional, regression, performance). Select and implement testing techniques and tools, and act as a key leader in the Test Automation strategy. Lead and monitor testing activities across one or several projects simultaneously. Participate in test design. Ensure strong documentation standards for writing test cases and test scenarios and facilitate test workshops. Plan test runs and manage the team of testers with operational reporting. Ensure traceability and drive the resolution of defect backlogs according to test run priorities. Propose improvements to testing activities and processes.

PROFIL

Proven project management experience, involving both external (clients or partners) and internal teams across Europe. Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Development. Hands-on experience in managing test campaigns, including defect tracking and resolution. Proficient use of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.) and experience working with Kanban boards. Experience integrating automated testing into the testing lifecycle as part of organizational processes. Strong organizational, technical, and team management skills, including coordination of nearshore teams. Excellent analytical abilities and a solid understanding of test interdependencies. Functional knowledge across key business domains such as Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Production, Quality, and Logistics is a plus. Genuine interest in technology watch and innovation related to Quality Assurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German and Spanish is an asset.
