Position Title: Integration, Test & Approval Team Leader
Salary: $135,987- $184,926 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties: Coordinates and leads testing activities in a team of professionals and technicians for assigned product development projects. Plans and coordinates and supervises all test activities and team operations. Oversees, evaluates, and approves accomplished phases of assigned test procedures. Gives procedural and technical advice and supports junior Test Professionals directly. Monitors and regularly reports on test results achievements, analyzes and discusses results with accountable R&D project management, or with the customer. Leads a team of qualified Scientists, Test Professionals, Engineers, and Test Technicians. Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures for the team assigned. Coordinates activities performed by the assigned team of professionals and technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines. Conducts complex system level testing. Less than 25% Domestic and International travel. Hybrid remote work permitted.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires the following: Experience in building automation systems. Experience in test automation. Experience in Agile SAFE or SCRUM. Experience in leading a Quality Assurance team and coordinating their tasks for targeted software project. Ability to Mentor junior Quality Assurance team members. In depth knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures.
