Top 3 responsibilities

Create and maintain test plans/scenarios/scripts/cases aligned to Business Central requirements.
Execute functional, integration, regression, data migration, security, reporting, and UAT testing; test Business Central configurations/customizations/workflows/integrations/access.
Record defects, track resolution, provide testing updates/risk assessments, and support UAT sign-off / go-live readiness.

Must-have skills

Hands-on ERP implementation testing experience (ideally Business Central or Dynamics NAV).
Strong domain knowledge across finance, purchasing, sales, inventory/warehousing, reporting, and approvals.
Ability to produce comprehensive testing documentation and evidence (test cases, defect logs, completion reports).
UAT planning, execution coordination, and sign-off support.
Analytical/problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-haves

ISTQB and/or Microsoft Dynamics (or other relevant testing/project) certifications.
Experience with ERP testing across broader integration/security/reporting scenarios.

Full Description

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Business Central Implementation Tester. Responsibilities Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases aligned to Business Central business requirements. Execute functional, integration, regression, data migration, security, reporting, and user acceptance testing activities. Validate end-to-end business processes, record defects, track resolutions, and support UAT sign-off. Test Business Central configurations, customisations, workflows, integrations, reports, and user access permissions. Provide testing progress updates, risk assessments, defect reporting, and go-live readiness recommendations. Skills Required Experience testing ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. Strong understanding of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, reporting, and approval processes. Experience creating test plans, test cases, defect logs, test evidence, and test completion reports. Knowledge of UAT planning, execution, coordination, and sign-off processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Education & Work Experience Relevant professional experience in ERP testing and business systems implementations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP platforms. ISTQB, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant testing/project certifications desirable.
