Job Description:
Operation planning, lead and execution of vehicle functionality application tasks. Carry out calibration and validation tasks in different software programs. Conduct, evaluate and documents detailed experiments according to guidelines in vehicle and in soft-ware development environment. Professional work under Model Based Design process and V-Cycle development mode. Professional work with software development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, ETAS ASCET, etc. Professional work with software test tools and rapid control prototyping tools such as dSPACE AutoBox, ETAS ES1000, AFT PROtroniC, etc. Professional work with data analysis and calibration tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, CANape, etc.
Capable to read and understand: C/C#/C++. Evaluation, documentation and presentation of experimental results in English. Testing, failure analysis, troubleshooting, requirements feedback, requirement update, etc. Directly contact with customer, AVL expert network and AVL Helpline. Support department -team leader for technical proposal support. Support sales team with presentation material and customer visits. Understanding of Chinese GB Standards required for engine and vehicle development. Representing the professional image of AVL at all times. Joint responsibility for project success and customer satisfaction. Read and interpret development results. Plan and take corrective actions as required. Dedicated commitment to safety & quality assurance. Strong communication and alignment of development findings in the project team.
Qualification:
Technician college certificate, Master degree or above, major in Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software test and validation of vehicle and engine systems. Proficient or familiar with ADAS control algorithms is preferred Familiar with Model Based Design process and V-Cycle development mode.
Professional with Embedded Development Software: MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, ETAS ASCET, etc. Professional with data analysis and calibration tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA, CANape, etc.
Capable to read and understand: C/C#/C++. Good communication skills, and presentation skills. Good team player, self-motivated.
