Proven record in good methodology such as MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) to improve the R&D working efficiency Qualification: Location

Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics or Automation engineering Minimum of 3 years' experience Good understanding of VCU models/functions Good understanding of powertrain SW functions and systems Access to Polarian and Jira and master user of the tools (or similar tools) Proficient usage of testing tools (INCA, DiagRA, ODIS, CANoe, CANape, etc)

and should have the necessary tools and licenses before onboard

Qualified driving license for vehicle testing Familiar with VW processes and standards Fluent in English, Chinese native speaker Good communication skills, and presentation skills Good team player, self-motivated
