Top 3 responsibilities

Drive customer quality requirement identification/handling in new project phase (CTQ/CTP, usage risk, approvals).

Lead customer annual audits and support system audits after SOP; coordinate internal/external audits.

Manage customer satisfaction and 0km issue quick response: analyze, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure follow-up/read-across.
Must-have skills

Manufacturing quality experience (3–5+ years).

Strong knowledge of customer quality frameworks (FORMEL-Q/BIQS/VDA).

Practical experience with core quality methods (FMEA/MSA/APQP/SPC/PPAP/8D/Process audit).

Ability to coordinate internal & external communication and cross-functional corrective actions.

Proficiency in MS Office and Minitab.

Familiarity with EHS compliance and incident/potential risk reporting.
Nice-to-haves

Background in mechanical assembly in automotive industry.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent related experience (preferred/required by profile).

Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase. Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP. Lead Customer satisfaction and relevant questions improve. Lead quick response, analysis of customer 0km issue, coordinate and follow-up the corrective actions and read across. Coordinate internal and external customer change and communication. Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits. Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls. To complete the task that given by leader.

- 3-5 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience.
Familiar with customer quality requirements, such as: FORMEL-Q，BIQS，VDA6.1&VDA6.3 etc Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit. Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or equivalent years of related experience. Experienced in Microsoft office and Mini-tab software.
