Perform test preparation for diesel generator sets, including writing test outlines and test plans, preparing test fixtures, installing sensors, and commissioning units. Conduct routine performance testing of diesel generator sets, covering heat dissipation performance, air volume and flow rate, pressure, lifting tests, rain tests, and other related items. Conduct electrical performance testing of diesel generator sets, including detection and analysis of parameters such as power, voltage, current, frequency, and harmonics. Participate in electrical testing of energy storage systems, microgrid systems, and diesel-battery hybrid systems. Participate in testing of power electronics products, such as PCS, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and related equipment. Participate in vibration, noise, and stress fatigue testing programs. 岗位职责 负责柴油发电机组的测试准备工作，包括撰写测试大纲与测试计划、准备测试工装、传感器安装及机组调试等工作。 执行柴油发电机组的常规性能测试，涵盖散热性能、风量流量、压力、吊装测试、淋雨测试等项目。 执行柴油发电机组的电气性能测试，包括功率、电压、电流、频率、谐波等参数的检测与分析。 参与储能系统、微网系统及柴油发电机组与电池混动系统的电气测试工作。 参与功率电子产品（如PCS、AC/DC、DC/DC等）的相关测试。 参与振动、噪声、应力疲劳等测试项目。 Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power Electronics, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields. Within two years of graduation, with a foundational background in electrical or power electronics engineering, and a strong interest in testing related to engine electronic control, diesel generator sets, energy storage, and microgrids. CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above; able to use English for daily work communication;具备 basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read English emails, technical materials, and related documents. 任职要求 本科及以上学历，主修电气工程及其自动化、电力电子、机械设计制造及其自动化、能源与动力工程、车辆工程等相关专业。 毕业两年以内，具备一定的电气或电力电子专业背景，对发动机电控、柴油发电机组、储能、微网等相关测试领域有浓厚兴趣。 具备CET-4（大学英语四级）及以上英语水平，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通，具备基础英语读写能力，可阅读英文邮件、技术资料及相关文档。
