    • Review Functional Specification Documents (FSD): walk through requirements; raise concerns to Business Analyst

    • Create and execute test cases/scenarios; attend development demos; test CRs and report defects via defect calls

    • Support Client UAT, post-production, and handover; coordinate across CSM, BA, Development, and Client

  • Must-have skills

    • Strong manual testing fundamentals and AI-assisted manual testing approach

    • Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum

    • Ability to write/maintain automation scripts (at least one area/toolset)

    • API testing with Postman; SQL for DB validation

    • Defect management: Jira/Zoho

    • Strong documentation and communication; analytical/problem-solving; ownership

  • Nice-to-haves

    • Automation experience with Playwright and/or mobile automation

    • Broader coverage across API + datab

Full Description

The purpose of this role includes understand client’s functional requirements by walkthrough Functional Specification Document, raise concerns to Business Analyst on FSDs, Prepare Test Cases and Test Scenarios, attend demo from Development team, test CRs, present bugs to developer in defect call, support Client UAT, and postproduction, and finally support handover. He / She should co-ordinate between CSM, BA, Development and Client in UAT phase and postproduction phase till support hand over. Learn existing products thoroughly.
