**Role & seniority: ** QA Engineer (hands-on); contribution across the full QA lifecycle (requirements → testing → release quality)

**Stack/tools: **

  • Web testing: Playwright, TypeScript (E2E automation)

  • Browser/debugging: Console/Network; log analysis via GCP

  • API testing: RESTful services

  • Data: NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) for verification

  • CI/CD & repo: GitLab, branching strategies, CI/CD integration

  • AI tooling: for test design, script generation, troubleshooting, workflow/documentation support

  • Top 3 responsibilities:

    1. Translate requirements into test scenarios/cases and execute functional/regression/integration/smoke/sanity/exploratory/E2E testing

    2. Manage defects: identify, document, prioritize, track with reproduction steps and evidence (logs, expected/actual results)

    3. Maintain release quality and improve QA workflows using AI while reporting QA KPIs/product health updates

  • Must-have skills:

    • Strong hands-on manual testing (feature/regression/smoke) plus migration testing experience

    • Ability to debug in-browser and analyze logs (GCP)

    • API testing experience (REST)

    • Experience with E2E automation frameworks (Playwright) and maintaining test case knowledge bases

    • Clear defect documentation and structured, detail-oriented communication

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Non-functional testing: performance/load testing

    • Expertise with NoSQL (MongoDB)

    • Strong fintech/trading domain understan

Tasks We are looking for a QA Engineer to contribute to the full lifecycle of quality as part of our team, helping ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of our web-based fintech platform. This role combines hands-on functional testing, feature validation, and maintaining quality across product releases, supported by automated E2E testing. You will also leverage modern AI tooling to streamline testing workflows, improve documentation, and increase overall productivity. What You’ll Do

Requirements & Test Design: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and test cases

Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing

Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, logs, and evidence

Reporting & Innovation: Track QA KPIs to provide regular product health updates while proactively integrating AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency
