Qorvo’s Test Engineering Internships are offered in our Advanced Cellular, Connectivity & Sensors, and High Performance Analog business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Creating automated test software, using C++ or C#, to control test equipment and execute test plans Supporting RF fixture and/or probe card design activities including PCB design and layout, test socket design and interface cabling design Measuring product using test equipment like DC source/measure units spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and digital pattern generators Processing, verifying, and analyzing the measured data; producing clear and concise presentations and reports Documenting test system and software designs Developing test solutions for over temperature bench and ATE testing, utilizing custom Loadboards/Lego Cards and Test Fixtures Developing product interface fixtures to probe the product using Altium Designer and Keysight ADS

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Minimum GPA of 3.0 Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or other object-oriented language Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-Starter with good communication skills Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
