Create test scenarios/test plans from functional specifications

Execute thorough manual testing, report defects, and validate bug fixes post-deployment

Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities; coordinate/testing support including tracking task management as needed

2+ years manual testing experience (preferably transactional applications)

Strong analytical/logical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with limited information

Join our team and help shape the future of digital banking! We’re looking for a passionate Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.
This is a fixed-term position for a duration of 24 months.
What will you do? Define complete and accurate test scenarios based on functional specifications. Perform thorough testing of new functionalities, identify and report bugs. Monitor and ensure timely bug fixes. Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities. Create well-structured test plans and gather business feedback when needed. Validate fixes after deployment to production.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (preferably transactional applications).
- Interested in coordination and organizational activities, and open to supporting team task management alongside testing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Jira, Confluence.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends when required.
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, motivation, and proactivity.
- Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal information.
- Passion for learning and development, open mindset.
