Senior Verification Engineer (SW Oriented) We are seeking a technically strong and highly motivated Senior Verification Engineer to join our development organization. This is a hands-on role combining requirements and design review, verification test design and execution, defect reporting, and close collaboration with R&D — ensuring that released software meets approved requirements and is fit for intended use. You will serve as an integral part of the development team, taking ownership of assigned features from a verification perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Verification Ownership
Take ownership of developed features from a verification perspective
Design, review, maintain and execute verification tests
Report defects and requests for change as they are encountered
Test Design & Execution
Participate in review meetings (requirements, design, etc.) and provide feedback
Design verification tests to cover the requirements and functionality of features, based on requirements/specification/design documents
Perform verification tests and document findings (results/defects)
Collect evidence proving the outcome and submit defects when encountered
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work daily with the Verification Manager and other Verification Engineers, Software Engineers, Algorithms Team, Application/Product Team, Controller Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Service Engineers, and Integrators
Support R&D activities
