Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers.

Define and implement the automation strategy and roadmap.

Design, enhance, and optimize scalable automation frameworks.

Drive test automation across Web applications, APIs, Backend systems, SAP, and Mobile platforms.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote Continuous Testing and DevOps practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of quality and delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

More than 8 years of experience in Test Automation.

Previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring.

Strong knowledge of: Front-End (UI) Test Automation, REST API Test Automation, Backend Test Automation, SAP Test Automation and Mobile Test Automation

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and Jira/TFS.

Agile mindset with a strong focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement.
