About the Role TCS Belgium is looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving quality assurance and continuous testing practices across digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, DevSecOps methodologies, and modern software testing tools.

Key Responsibilities Design, prepare, execute, and monitor automated tests across web, API, backend, and mobile applications. Define and implement strategies for integrating automated testing within the overall testing lifecycle. Evaluate automation tools and technologies to identify the best fit for digital solutions following a DevSecOps approach. Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks. Create methodologies and architectures for enterprise-wide test automation solutions. Drive the transition from manual testing to automated testing practices. Develop automated test reporting dashboards and quality metrics. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid feedback. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify automation opportunities. Develop automated regression suites and promote a shift-left testing culture.
