Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET / QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and core Java, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Lead the QA automation team in implementing best practices and methodologies for testing. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools. Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java. Proficient in core Java programming. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with JavaScript for test automation. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of performance testing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in software testing and automation. Proven track record of leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software products.
