Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in automation testing tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating tests across multiple platforms and technologies, with a deep understanding of the full development lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience in issue and defect management, as well as expertise in at least one programming language.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Parasoft, and Robot Framework. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Manage test case documentation and ensure comprehensive test coverage across various applications. Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed reports to the development team. Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Parasoft, DB testing). Expertise in Robot Framework. Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools. Hands-on experience with issue and defect management. Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, or Java).
Preferred Skills
Experience with test case management packages. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
