    • Lead end-to-end tennis footwear testing: plan, recruit testers, run wear tests, analyze results, report outcomes

    • Coordinate athlete-based feedback: work with athletes/coaches/equipment managers to capture needs and observations

    • Deliver actionable insights to product teams: summarize subjective feedback + data; recommend materials/components/construction and flag issues before production

  • Must-have Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build tester relationships

    • Project planning/prioritization across multiple concurrent testing efforts

    • Data analysis and ability to communicate findings clearly (verbal/written, concise reports)

    • Comfort working with athletes; ability to work odd/flexible hours

    • Advanced spreadsheet/statistical workflows; proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs

Full Description

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be the testing point person for prioritized footwear projects and will work with the Tennis footwear product creation team to test new innovative footwear. You’ll also work with athletes to gain a better understanding of their needs and to capture their feedback of the test models.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Footwear Product Test Analyst II to join our team on the ground in Dallas, TX! This role ensures that Nike footwear fits and performs up to the highest standards. The candidate will need strong interpersonal skills focused on developing tester relationships. Exceptional planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects are a must. They will be able to analyze data and present subjective feedback in a concise and understandable manner.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. 2 years' experience in a professional working environment. Experience in the footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service industry is preferred. Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline productions processes is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers. Ability to work flexible and odd hours based on athlete availability. Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with spreadsheet database and statistical analysis procedures. Able to physically lift and carry items weighing 30 pounds. Ability to travel regionally in your own vehicle to meet with programs and athletes. Passion for sport is a plus.

What You’ll Work On

In this role, you'll lead multiple tennis footwear testing projects from end to end, overseeing every stage of the process—from planning and recruiting wear-test participants to executing tests, analyzing results, and delivering actionable reports. Acting as a key partner to product teams, you'll combine a deep understanding of footwear manufacturing and athlete insights to evaluate product performance and help shape design decisions before production.

Manage multiple tennis footwear testing projects simultaneously. Plan and execute wear-testing programs, including tester recruitment and coordination. Analyze test data and communicate findings through clear, actionable reports. Provide recommendations on materials, components, and construction methods to achieve performance goals. Identify and communicate product performance issues that require attention prior to production. Serve as a bridge between athletes, testing insights, and product creation teams to improve footwear performance.
