Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

The Test Engineer will be based in Batam.

Responsibilities

Maintain Test process for Transfer Product Introduction and Mass Production.PFMEA, Gage R&R preparation in new test station setup.
Provide daily Test engineering support to production.
Define and routine process control of Test Process, Create working instructions to guild and standard operations in Test processes.
Test Yield improvement by actively involved in Quality Improvement and RCCA.
Drive improvement of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) for increasing of Test output continuously.
Introduce advanced manufacturing technology(Automatic robot,PLC, data Analysis), into Test production to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Drive lean project to improve production efficiency.
Provide staff training to fulfill the working instructions, and help manufacturing lines to build up multi-skill pool resource.

Qualifications

At least 5 years Power electrical related test experience.(test solution develop include hardware or software)
Have strong experience about FCT, test fixture related design
Be skilled in the analog test, like voltage, current, etc.
Be able to use English as working language.
Be able to bear high work pressure;
Good interpersonal and communication skills and team-working
Good MSA, Gage R&R knowledge
Good Lean and six sigma knowledge
Auotmation experience(PLC,Cobot)
Basic C++ programing competence
