SDET (Junior/Mid) at BairesDev
As an SDET, you will design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure high software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will act as a technical link between development and quality assurance, building scalable tools that accelerate release velocity while maintaining system reliability.
What You'll Do
Architect and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using modern web tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. Design and execute comprehensive UI and API automated test suites to identify defects early in the production cycle. Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to provide immediate feedback to engineering teams. Collaborate with developers during code reviews to advocate for testability and robust design patterns. Manage test data and environments to ensure consistent and reproducible results across diverse platforms. Analyze test execution reports to drive continuous improvements in coverage and overall system performance.
What We Are Looking For
1+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation. Proven expertise in UI automation using modern frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. Proficiency in programming with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java for developing automated test scripts. Hands-on experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or REST Assured. Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and maintaining automated QA processes in dev pipelines. Advanced proficiency in English.
