About the Role This is not a traditional software development position. We are looking for a deep generalist who leverages fundamental cloud expertise to oversee, scale, monitor, and direct AI-driven workloads. Under your supervised direction, you will guide AI systems to automate code, orchestrate pipelines, and scale multi-cloud environments.

What You'll Do

Architect Multi-Cloud Systems: Design, navigate, and maintain high-scale infrastructure across AWS and GCP.

Supervise AI Automation: Orchestrate AI capabilities to automate code generation, infrastructure provisioning, and workloads.

Maintain High Observability: Monitor and audit AI-driven deployments to ensure reliability, security, and performance at scale.

Lead & Mentor: Share your deep generalist knowledge during XKEs, guiding colleagues and helping client. Job requirements Requirements

Deep Cloud Fundamentals

• Strong background in core cloud architecture (networking, security, IAM, compute, and storage optimization).

AI & Automation Mindset

• Ability to leverage AI tools for automated code writing, pipeline creation, and system monitoring.

Broad Architectural Scope

• Experience across multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Community-Minded: Passionate about in-person collaboration, continuous learning, and actively participating in Xebia's knowledge-sharing culture.
