🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or functional testing. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases. Experience writing, executing, and documenting test cases and test results. Hands-on experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines. Experience testing SAP solutions, enterprise applications, or systems within utility environments. Relevant academic qualification or professional experience in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Software Testing, SAP, Utilities, or a related field.

👀 GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and testing.
• Previous experience working within the Utilities industry.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or geographically diverse project teams.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management and reporting best practices.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE? Prepare, review, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases based on business and functional requirements. Validate system functionality from an end-user perspective, ensuring solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria. Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through to resolution. Collaborate closely with business users, SAP functional consultants, project teams, and key stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle. Support test planning activities, execution monitoring, progress tracking, and status reporting. Perform retesting and regression testing to verify that fixes and enhancements are functioning as expected. Ensure delivered solutions are ready for production deployment by confirming quality and business readiness before go-live. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and documentation.
