The QA Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of multi-platform software products. This position involves testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, validating functionality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Accountabilities

Conduct API testing and validate backend services for functionality and reliability.

Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
Expertise in testing across multiple platforms: web/SaaS applications, mobile apps, and desktop clients.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, functional/regression/integration testing, and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) and basic database/SQL validation.
