Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer who executes comprehensive Salesforce testing across functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and release validation activities. The role supports a Salesforce environment centered on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and requires contribution to automated regression coverage as well as hands-on manual validation.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and release-validation test cases for Salesforce applications. Validate Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) functionality, business rules, automation, pricing and quoting flows, renewals, and quote-to-order processes before production releases. Build, execute, and maintain regression coverage using Gearset Test Automation or an equivalent Salesforce/SaaS testing tool, with guidance where appropriate. Identify, document, track, retest, and verify defects using Jira or equivalent tools while collaborating closely with Developers and Business Analysts. Support UAT activities, regression cycles, release validation, test evidence preparation, and defect verification. Maintain test cases, test data, execution results, regression suites, and supporting quality documentation. Participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum activities. Communicate quality risks, blockers, dependencies, and test coverage gaps promptly.
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce application testing. Experience testing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce applications; CPQ experience is strongly preferred. Working proficiency with Salesforce/SaaS test automation tooling such as Gearset Test Automation, Provar, Copado Test Manager, or equivalent, and ability to contribute to regression-suite maintenance. Knowledge of regression testing, UAT support, defect lifecycle, integration/end-to-end testing, and Agile QA practices. Experience with Jira or equivalent defect/story tracking tools. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Follow applicable security, access-control, confidentiality, privacy, and acceptable-use requirements. Perform responsibilities professionally and adapt to changing priorities and assignments within the role scope.
