We have received a couple of new Japanese bilingual requirements

1 Tester 1 ETL Developer

I have the details for the Tester role and can share them. We are still working on the JD for the ETL Developer position, but you can start sourcing profiles in the meantime. If finding ETL Developers proves challenging, we can also consider PL/SQL Developers, provided they have Japanese language proficiency at the N2 level. The other details including billing hours, location, etc. remain the same.

Job Overview - Automation Tester (Japanese Proficiency N2)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, along with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

3-4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing . Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber , and Jenkins for test automation and CI/CD integration. Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and test frameworks. Proven experience in testing web applications and back-end systems , ensuring high-quality software delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying and resolving defects efficiently. Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2) with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and defect analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Good understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Exposure to API testing and performance testing is an added advantage.
