Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Build/maintain performance tests using LoadRunner/J-Meter (HTTP/Webservices, Java Vuser) and develop custom code to enhance VuGen scripts.
- Perform end-to-end work: requirement analysis → test design/execution → result analysis; coordinate with dev teams for triage and bug fixes.
- Monitor production/performance metrics, replicate models in higher-load test environments, and identify performance issues (including DB monitoring).
Must-have Skills:
- Strong LoadRunner experience + understanding of APM tools (AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic).
- Hands-on with Web-HTTP, Webservices protocol, Java Vuser.
- Ability to work independently across analysis, execution, result analysis; performance issue analysis and collaboration for fixes.
- Knowledge of OS internals/networking/storage, cloud concepts, and DB performance monitoring.
Nice-to-haves:
- Finance/Banking domain experience.

Must-Have

Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc. · Good hands-on experience in Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol. · Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase. · Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts. · Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes. · Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.· Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues. · Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues. · Good to have experience working on Finance – Banking domain projects.
