Job Summary

• The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing
• Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing functions. This role ensures the
• accurate and timely management of loan documentation, compliance with regulatory
• requirements, and efficient workflow across the loan operations team. The
• specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement
• process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal
• stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; monitor and report on loan operations performance metrics; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to optimize workflow; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; resolve complex issues related to loan processing and servicing; maintain accurate records and documentation; support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide training and guidance to team members; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;

Minimum Experience: minimum of 10 years of experience in loan operations, processing, or related roles;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong knowledge of loan documentation, processing, and regulatory requirements; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with loan management software and systems; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; professional certification (e.g., Certified Loan Specialist) preferred.
