Talent 360 is looking for a "Software Test Engineer" to join their growing team! As a Software Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting software defects, performing functional and regression testing, investigating issues, and collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions. Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and specifications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools. Analyze reported issues and work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects. Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes and new releases. Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation. Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development process. Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain basic automated test scripts as required. Have knowledge of automation testing concepts, frameworks, and best practices. Contribute to improving testing processes, coverage, and overall software quality. Report testing progress, results, and identified risks to the relevant team members. Stay updated on testing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
